Alex Smith
Not a good night for quarterback Alex Smith against the Broncos. He had a great performance against Houston last week, but followed it up with a crappy one, that’s for sure.

Smith’s biggest mistake of the night came in the fourth quarter when he threw one of the worst interceptions I’ve seen, right at Chris Harris Jr in the red zone. Seriously Alex. Where was that ball going, man?
This was the second time the Chiefs turned the ball over in the red zone on Thursday, and they both very well may have cost us the game (unless Kansas City settled for field goals, then you never know).
I’ve been a big supporter of Smith since he arrived to Kansas City, but this game was not good. He didn’t throw a touchdown pass, threw two picks, and didn’t give us any big plays that made you go “WOW! Good job Alex!”
Just for the record, I’m not giving up on Alex Smith. I still like him, but dude… You’ve got to play better. No touchdowns and two interceptions with only 191 yards. Not great stats.
