2015 NFL Mock Draft: KC Chiefs Get A Steal In First Two Rounds

With the 233rd overall pick, the Kansas City Chiefs will decide to round out their draft with a defensive tackle. That’s where David Parry comes in.
You never know what you’re going to get with a seventh rounder, but Parry, assuming he makes the final roster, could be a great addition to an already solid defense.
"Underrated former walk-on with a chip on his shoulder and a mean streak to go with it. Rotational defensive lineman with explosive power coming from relatively modest frame by nose tackle standards. Can play in an odd or even front and has strength and functional quickness to be a factor against the run while creating push and pocket disruption against the pass. – NFL.com"
Parry was an honorable mention for the All-Pac 12 and also was a semifinalist for the Bulsworth Trophy, which according to Zierlein, is an award given to the nation’s top player who started off as a walk-on. Pretty cool stuff.
The Chiefs got a steal in the sixth round last year with Zach Fulton so you just never know what you can end up with in the later rounds. I’m not saying David Parry could be a star, but I’m also not NOT saying that. Confused? Good.
