SIT
ANDREW LUCK, QUARTERBACK, INDIANAPOLIS COLTS
Andrew Luck is facing the best pass defense, by a long way, in the NFL this week. The Texans are only giving up 145.6 yards through the air on average. Second place (Pittsburgh) allows 181 yards. The Texans can rush the passer and cover, a dangerous combination for any team. Andrew Luck must also face the Texans without his security blanket – Reggie Wayne, who is out for the season with a knee injury. Wayne was targeted 58 times by Luck in the first 7 games, and now that target is gone.
I don’t know if one bye week is enough time for Luck to find the comfort with anyone that he had with Wayne. This would be a great week to find a less risky option at quarterback. Sit Andrew Luck in week 9.
