LE’VEON BELL, RUNNING BACK, PITTSBURGH STEELERS
Did you know the New England Patriots have the second most porous defense in the the league, ahead of just the Jacksonville Jaguars? The Patriots allow, on average, 130 yards an outing on the ground. This is good news for the Steelers, who are trying to establish rookie running back Le’Veon Bell as their number one back. Bell has struggled so far in his 4 games with just a 3.3 yards per carry. He did have on nice game against the Ravens where picked up 93 yards and averaged 4.9 a rush.
He could do that again this week against New England. The Steelers need a break out game from the rookie if they want to pick up a road win against the Patriots. Bell might be available on the waiver wire, or he might already be on your bench. This would be a great week to start him.
