Defensive coordinator Manny Diaz lost his job after BYU rushed for 550 yards and hung 40 points on the Longhorns defense. BYU quarterback Taysom Hill rushed for 259 yards and three touchdowns, while Jamaal Williams added another 182 yards.

Mack Brown’s job is clearly in trouble, and with a very good Ole Miss team on tap, followed by the prospect of defending K-State’s Daniel Sams, Texas may be a three-loss team heading into the Red River Shootout. Things are not looking very good for Mr. Brown.
