It's been a great month for Travis Kelce.

He celebrated his 34th birthday, made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live, dominated the Broncos and Chargers en route to a 6-1 record and can now jam to Taylor Swift's newest album, 1989 (Taylor's Version)!

The good vibes don't stop there, because Kelce is also in line to push for an award that's eluded him his entire career: NFL Offensive Player of the Year.

Christian McCaffrey and Tyreek Hill are the current favorites, but the table is set for Kelce's incredible run to continue and end in him hoisting the prestigious trophy.

Travis Kelce Will Win Offensive Player of the Year

Kelce is currently listed at +2500 odds, tied for the fifth-best odds on the board. He's well behind McCaffrey and Hill, though both are dealing with injuries and Kelce is surging.

Over his last three games as he's gotten healthier, Kelce has 31 catches on 33 targets for 370 yards and 2 TDs. Despite missing Week 1 and playing limited snaps in Week 2, he's still 12th in the entire NFL in receiving yards with 125 more than the closest tight end (T.J. Hockenson)!

That would be a career-high in receptions and just under his career-best 1,416 in receiving yards. At his age, that's downright absurd.

Doesn't this year all feel like Kelce's coronation? He's got the No. 1 sports podcast, he's been making appearances on Saturday Night Live and during events like Capital One's The Match, he's suddenly part America's most beloved new power couple and he's torching defenses left and right.

Would you be surprised at all if the narrative by the end of the season was that voters need to recognize Kelce's unparalleled brilliance? I sure wouldn't.

No tight end has ever won NFL Offensive Player of the Year, but a wide receiver won it three of the last four seasons. If there was ever a year that a tight end would win it, it's this year and Kelce is that tight end.

Narratives control everything in award voting. With how much Kelce is headlining our lives right now, I'm not expecting him to stop any time soon. Keep this up and he'll add an Offensive Player of the Year award to his long list of historical accomplishments.
