Kansas City Chiefs fans probably don't need me to try to get them any more hyped up about the team signing Marquise "Hollywood" Brown. And honestly, there's probably not much I could say to do that.

But the Kansas City Chiefs' video team can certainly raise the hype even higher.

The Chiefs' Twitter account released the first official Hollywood Brown hype video, and it's going to give you chills.

All of these Arizona Cardinals highlights came while he was catching passes from Kyler Murray, Colt McCoy, Trace McSorley, David Blough, Joshua Dobbs and Clayton Tune. I don't think it's exactly a hot take to say Patrick Mahomes is a whole lot better than that messy group.

And let's not forget that there was really only one significant stretch that Brown played with QB1 Kyler Murray while both were 100% healthy in Arizona — a run of six weeks in 2022 that saw Hollywood average 7.2 receptions and 80.8 yards per game. He was on a 17-game pace for 122 catches, 1,374 yards and 8 touchdowns.

Those numbers are surely within reach in Kansas City, even though he'll now be competing with a more talented group for targets.

Brown's efficiency should skyrocket now that defenses will have to focus on stopping other threats around him too, and with Andy Reid scheming him open and Mahomes delivering him the ball?

I don't want to say we've got another Tyreek Hill situation — but we could be looking at something a lot closer to that than most fans around the league are willing to give Brown credit for.

Am I getting ahead of myself now? Maybe, but after watching that hype video how can you not? Heck, let's take it a step further and really get crazy. You can even get Brown with +20000 (200-to-1) odds to win Offensive Player of the Year in 2024.
