Patrick Mahomes revealed his thoughts on the pre-game kerfuffle between himself, Justin Tucker and Travis Kelce prior to the Chiefs' AFC Championship game victory over the Ravens.

Appearing on 610 Sports Radio with Carrington Harrison in Kansas City, Mahomes said he respects Tucker as a player, but clearly seemed to take issue with Tucker's behavior during warmups.

See what he had to say below.

Tucker was warming up on the Chiefs' side of the field extremely close to Mahomes, and the two-time Super Bowl MVP took some offense to it. Kelce tossed Tucker's helmet and equipment away, setting the tone for a chippy game with emotions spilling over into the week.

It seems to have been a bad idea for Tucker to poke the bear.

Kelce had one of the best games of his career, catching all 11 targets for 116 yards and a TD, while Mahomes calmly guided the Chiefs' offense effectively with 241 passing yards with an emphasis on ball control and clock management.

Ultimately, you know how the game went. The Chiefs are back to the Super Bowl for the fourth time in five seasons and the Ravens are back at home, watching from the couch like the rest of us.

Perhaps this'll finally teach teams to stop riling up Mahomes and Kelce.
