New Video Reveals Patrick Mahomes Recruiting Chris Jones at Super Bowl

The Chiefs made the biggest splash of NFL free agency thus far before anything even got started, reportedly signing Chris Jones to a five-year, $160+ million extension with $95 million guaranteed for #95.
Jones was the best free agent on the market. This deal keeps the "core three" Chiefs together with Jones, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, letting Kansas City go after a historic three-peat with the defining players of this generation of football.
However, recently released footage by NFL Films shows Mahomes was recruiting Jones from the moment Super Bowl LVIII ended. Take a look for yourself:

Mahomes immediately tells Jones he isn't going anywhere and Jones echoed that statement, saying he told the team "Keep me."
Both stars agreed the Chiefs needed to get a three-peat, with Mahomes remarking that no one ever had before. It'd be a monumental achievement, officially stamping Kansas City's place in the history books as one of the greatest dynasties of all-time.
This contract certainly makes it appear that Jones intends to finish his career as a Kansas City Chief. In eight season, Jones has 273 tackles with 75.5 sacks, 37 deflected passes and 12 forced fumbles. He's one of the best defensive players of the era and certainly among the very best in the history of the organization.
The five-time All-Pro will be ingrained in Chiefs history forever, and it's a testament to both Jones and Mahomes that they were immediately focused on winning another Super Bowl with the confetti still falling on the last one.
