The key takeaways here are that L'Jarius Sneed is active and Clyde Edwards-Helaire is inactive. Sneed battled injury all week, but it's a huge boost to the defense that he'll play, especially given that Bengals' wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase is also active.
Sneed reportedly won't be at 100%, though his presence is still valuable.
#chiefs CB L’Jarius Sneed went through a lengthy pregame test on his calf. Went through a lot of different drills. I’m told he’s going to play today. He won’t be 100%, but huge for this defense. Snead is having a great year. pic.twitter.com/a4H3lcr196

Isiah Pacheco will handle the load in the backfield for the Chiefs after exiting last week's game due to a concussion. He passed concussion protocol on Friday and seems ready to go.
The Chiefs are big favorites and need to get back on track offensively. It's the perfect matchup to get their mojo back - this should be a fun one.
