Chris Jones Gives Honest Thoughts on Chiefs Future Before Super Bowl LVIII
By Joe Summers
Chris Jones has spent his entire career with the Kansas City Chiefs but isn't currently under contract next season. This looks like it could be his last year with the organization, and he answered questions about his future with the media on Tuesday.
Despite the unresolved contract situation, Jones maintains he's focused on the Super Bowl matchup with the San Francisco 49ers this week.
See what he had to say below.

When asked if he's thought about it possibly being his last game in a Chiefs uniform, Jones replied, "if it is, it is. If it's not, it's not. I don't really worry about it. I'm worried about winning a Super Bowl."
That kind of focus is great to see, and it seems the team is pulling out all of the stops to ensure the group is ready to hoist another Lombardi Trophy.
Jones is in the midst of another spectacular season, amassing 10.5 sacks while helping lead the best Chiefs defense of his career. He's certainly earned the massive contract he'll earn from someone in the offseason, whether that's from Kansas City or not.
In any case, I'll enjoy watching the best defensive player of this Chiefs era at least one more time. He's a Chiefs legend forever, no matter what happens in the coming months.
