Chris Jones jokingly called out the NFL on social media following a stat correction, taking a half-sack away from the Chiefs' defensive leader and instead awarding a full sack to George Karlaftis.

He said the change was "BS" but can't be too upset given the Chiefs still beat the hated Bengals in Week 2 on a last-second Harrison Butker field goal. Jones got a full sack in Week 1 against the Ravens, but now Karlaftis has tied him with one himself.

The two are a dominant duo, helping give Kansas City one of the league's most ferocious defensive lines, epecially against the pass.

Chris Jones Calls Stat Correction "BS"

Of course, Jones isn't actually upset. He got his massive contract extension and unlike last year, doesn't need to reach statistical thresholds to get his money. Jones still had two QB hurries on Joe Burrow and he's got eight pressures in just the first two weeks.

Karlaftis has five pressures of his own. It's been obvious that even against high-powered offenses, these two are almost impossible to contain. One can only imagine how effective they'll be against the immobile Kirk Cousins on Sunday night.

Jones could have a career day against Cousins, who has already been sacked three times. Atlanta has a stout offensive line, but Cousins' mobility was hampered by the Achilles tear he suffered last season. He won't be able to escape like Lamar Jackson and Burrow can, and it's a safe bet that Jones will get in the backfield at least once.

For Jones' sake, he'll just have to make sure Karlaftis doesn't steal this one from him.
