The Chiefs have become 'America's Team' over the last few years and now will be on the Hollywood stage, announcing an upcoming holiday movie with Hallmark.

These two iconic Kansas City brands will form a unique partnership to celebrate the city, holiday spirit and the Chiefs! Production begins in July and will be filmed entirely in Kansas City, Missouri locations.

Tyler Hynes (Shifting Gears, Three Wise Men and a Baby), Hunter King (Two Scoops Of Italy, The Santa Summit), and Ed Begley Jr. (Young Sheldon, Better Call Saul) will star in the movie, according to the release on the Chiefs' website.

Chiefs Announce Upcoming Hallmark Holiday Movie

"With Hallmark and the Kansas City Chiefs both homegrown, rooted in values, tradition and community, there is a special alchemy between these two iconic organizations," said Darren Abbott, Chief Brand Officer, Hallmark.

We've seen the Chiefs become wildly popular on the heels of three Super Bowl wins and Travis Kelce's budding relationship with Taylor Swift. Now, people will see the city and fans highlighted in a new way to celebrate the holidays.

"As a club, we pride ourselves on exploring new ways to grow our brand, as well as connect with new audiences," said team president Mark Donovan. "This partnership unites two passionate fanbases and gives us an opportunity to show Chiefs Kingdom's energy and tradition on one of the most-watched channels during the holiday season."

The film will be called Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story and will highlight a contest between Chiefs superfans and a blossoming romance.

More details will be announced later this year.
