The Chiefs escaped Atlanta with a 22-17 win over the Falcons, but more importantly, it sounds like Kansas City left with no major injuries to report.

Head coach Andy Reid spoke to the media following the contest, noting that everyone was able to finish the game. After guys like Justin Reid suffered injuries in the previous week, it's great to see that all Chiefs are flying back relatively healthy.

With a physical matchup against an AFC West rival in the Chargers waiting next Sunday, the team needs to be fully healthy to improve to 4-0 on this young season.

Andy Reid Reports No New Injuries vs. Falcons

It was a hard-fought game, with the Chiefs' struggling offensively throughout most of it. Carson Steele fared well on the ground, though Patrick Mahomes had another mediocre performance by his standards.

He averaged just 5.6 yards per attempt, with most of his production coming to second-year star Rashee Rice. After Rice suffered an injury in the middle of the game, there was concern he'd have a serious ailment. Luckily, Reid dispelled those fears.

This is certainly not the best version of the Chiefs we'll see. The offense hasn't found its stride, though hopefully a better performance will come in Week 4 in Los Angeles. For now, Mahomes, Reid and offensive coordinator Matt Nagy will focus on trying to squeeze more juice out of a group that expects to be among the NFL's best by the end of the year.

Kansas City's defense still looks like an elite unit, but the offense needs to do its part moving forward. Thankfully, it sounds like everyone will be healthy barring new developments during practice this week.
