5. Swayze Bozeman, Linebacker

He has the best name on the team but Swayze Bozeman's chances of making the 53-man roster aren't great. That's not a knock on him since he does have a lot of talent and should get more opportunities down the road.

Leading up to the draft, the Southern Miss product showed off his talent by running a 4.55 in the 40-yard dash while also going for 36 inches on the vertical jump. That's impressive for anyone, let alone a 224-pound, 6-foot-1 linebacker. He even went off in their latest game against the Lions, recording seven tackles.

The problem is that there's far too much talent around him to make the leap to the active roster. Behind the starting trio of Drue Tranquill, Nick Bolton, and Leo Chenal, the Chiefs have Jack Cochran, Cam Jones, and Cole Christiansen. It's not unlikely an undrafted free agent could break through that depth chart but even then, Curtis Jacobs might have the upper hand.

Jacobs is a more powerful player at 6-foot-1 and 241 pounds. He was also impressive in pre-draft drills including a 4.58 in the 40-yard dash. During his four years with Penn State, he had 171 tackles, 24 tackles for a loss, 9.5 sacks, and two interceptions. On Saturday, he had four tackles with one going for a loss.

For Bozeman, the good news is that he's shown enough promise that he should get a shot at the practice squad where he'll be able to continue to hone his skills.
