3. Tee Higgins - WR
Orlando Brown Jr. left the Chiefs for the Bengals last offseason. What if Ja'Marr Chase's running mate pulls the opposite move this time around?
Similar to Evans, Higgins would likely require a large contract and concessions from other Chiefs players, but he's a dynamic talent that could give the offense the down-field threat it's been lacking since the Tyreek Hill trade.
While he suffered through injuries this year, he had two consecutive 1,000-yard seasons prior to 2023 with a career yards per catch mark of 14.3. Chiefs fans know how good he can be too, as he combined for nearly 200 receiving yards in the two AFC Championship games against the Bengals.

His stats by season:
2020 - 16 games, 67 catches, 908 yards, 6 TDs
2021 - 14 games, 74 catches, 1,091 yards, 6 TDs
2022 - 16 games, 74 catches, 1,029 yards, 7 TDs
2023 - 12 games, 42 catches, 656 yards, 5 TDs pic.twitter.com/4UQtC33PZL
Keeping Higgins is a priority for Cincinnati and I expect the organization to do everything it can to find a deal that works for both parties. However, it wouldn't be overly surprising if his contract demands turn out to be too rich for the Bengals' liking considering the Ja'Marr Chase contract they'll soon have to sign.
Pairing Higgins with Rashee Rice would give Kansas City a pair of young, dominant receivers to grow with alongside Patrick Mahomes. Not to mention how sweet it'd be to rob the Bengals of one of their homegrown stars.
