3. Travis Kelce - TE

The greatest tight end to ever walk the planet, Travis Kelce's status as a legend is already secure. That being said, it's clear his time as an elite weapon is over.

He finished with just one catch on three targets for five yards, adding a single rushing yard on what was effectively a passing play. Rashee Rice is the clear No. 1 target for Mahomes, and Kelce seems to be primarily a decoy hoping to distract defenses.

That won't work for the whole season. As opponents realize how limited he is physically, they'll sag off him in coverage to focus on Rice and first-round WR Xavier Worthy. Kansas City has to adjust, but Kelce is still capable of taking over a game when given the opportunity.

Kelce had a long catch and run called back due to penalty, displaying the game-changing ability he possesses. Unlike earlier in his career though, it appears that Kelce has to pick and choose his spots to maximize his effectiveness.

The Chiefs need to save him for the playoffs, and wise defensive coordinators will start capitalizing on his limited production. It's frustrating to see the future Hall of Fame tight end decline, but it was an inevitable reality given his age.
