I understand that Hail Mary's almost never work and the Chiefs still would have needed to get a two-point conversion.
That being said, this no-call was just as egregious as the foul on Marquez Valdes-Scantling. Kelce was shoved TWICE while the pass was in the air, and the entire focus of the play was on the end zone.
If you aren't going to call that pass interference, you're essentially saying you're never going to call it on a Hail Mary period.
That's stupid.
The backend referees were truly awful and there's no sugarcoating it. We've seen the arguments all season that referees help the Chiefs. After this nonsense, I hope we can finally put that stupidity to bed.
The final bad call directly led to a Packers TD, perhaps proving even more impactful than the others.
