2. Wide Receiver

As I alluded to earlier, the Chiefs inked Marquise Brown to a one-year, $7 million deal. He now joins Rashee Rice and Travis Kelce as the main pass-catchers on the offense.

The Chiefs need to deep dive into the WR draft class and look to bring someone else in. Kansas City led the NFL with a whopping 44 drops last year.

Brown, Rice, and Kelce form a nice trio of weapons but injuries are bound to happen. Adding another capable weapon into that room could do wonders.

Andy Reid is one of the best offensive minds in the history of the game and would find a way to get production out of a rookie WR. It doesn't hurt that this WR class is loaded.

3. Defensive Line

In the NFL, you can never have enough pass rushers. Chris Jones will continue to wreak havoc from the interior while George Karlaftis and Charles Omenihu are coming off the edge.

Regardless, the Chiefs should look at bringing in another disputive presence up front. Jones will consistently command double teams which leaves one-on-one for other players.

Kansas City was ranked second in the NFL in team sacks (57) during the 2023 campaign but the more the merrier!

Both Karlaftis and Jones racked up double-digit sacks last year so adding another effective rusher will open up even more opportunities.

The Chiefs are absolutely loaded and are poised to make another deep playoff run. They currently have the second-best odds in the NFL to win the whole thing at +650. Head over to FanDuel Sportsbook, claim your sign-up bonus, and take advantage of these odds to back the Chiefs.
