3. Nick Timberlake

Timberlake will be counted on for heavy minutes with Kansas' short rotation and injuries, though his season has been a massive disappointment by any standard.

After shooting over 40% from three-point range each of the last two years at Towson, Timberlake is at a palty 28.4% this year. His struggles have been one of the biggest reasons Kansas' offense has cratered so much, because Furphy is the only Jayhawk remaining that provides any true threat from outside.

That being said, Timberlake had an excellent game on senior night against Kansas State, making four of his five three-pointers en route to 18 points. That's the kind of effort that Kansas desperately needs, though he's just 3-of-13 from the field since that game.

He has an opportunity to change his legacy as a Jayhawk. When he plays well, Kansas typically wins. The pressure is on, but the university certainly needs him to play well today.
