2. Nick Bolton - LB

This is a bit of a strange one to even write, as Bolton led the Chiefs in tackles with 13 and made several impact plays in the second half of the win.

However, the first half was rough. Buffalo moved the ball down the field with ease and routinely targeted Bolton's lack of aggressiveness in the run game, which admittedly, could have been the game plan.

A ton of attention is being paid to Drue Tranquill's excellent effort this week, and Bolton is in a contract year hoping to stick in Kansas City long-term. If we're having the same conversation about Tranquill next week that we are right now, it'll be harder for Brett Veach to commit long-term money to

Bolton is an obvious leader on this defense and came up with massive plays in last year's Super Bowl win, so he's got plenty of time to prove he's worthy of an extension.

Given the Ravens' excellent rushing attack, Bolton might be the most important player for the Chiefs' defense this weekend.

I believe him in to deliver, but if he doesn't, this could be his final game in a Kansas City uniform.
