The official league year is finally here, and the Kansas City Chiefs now have their new acquisitions in the building. Offensive lineman Jaylon Moore, running back Elijah Mitchell, and cornerback Kristian Fulton arrived in Kansas City and immediately shared a message for the fans.

New Arrivals Has Message for Chiefs Fans Ahead of 2025 Season

In a social media post shared by the official Chiefs account, all three players revealed their excitement about joining Kansas City. Moore said he's already ready to go to work, and Fulton said he's looking forward to bringing championships to Kansas City.

The Chiefs will rely heavily on the three new acquisitions next season as they lost several key contributors. Before free agency even kicked off, the Chiefs traded star offensive lineman Joe Thuney. They then lost safety Justin Reid and defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton in free agency.

Kansas City hasn't replaced Wharton and Reid yet, as they will presumably be on the market for a defensive tackle and another defensive back in the draft. Considering how the Chiefs are famously against giving second contracts to secondary players, the decision to let Reid walk wasn't surprising to many Chiefs fans.

Justin Watson, DeAndre Hopkins, and Samaje Perine are players on the offensive side of the ball that GM Brett Veach will be tasked with replacing.

Wide receiver is certainly one area the Chiefs desperately need more help with. With a little over $25 million in effective cap space per Over The Cap, the Chiefs should be involved in the pursuit of a free agent WR. Otherwise, Kansas City will target it early in the draft as they did in the previous two years.

Regardless of how the Chiefs build out the rest of the roster, the fanbase can't wait to see their new additions in action.
