Mandatory minicamp is set to take place around the league this week before everyone departs for a couple of weeks prior to training camp.
Several free agents are taking trips around the league to see if they can latch on somewhere for the 2025 season, and a former Chiefs pest may join a few Chiefs down in New Orleans.
According to Ian Rapoport, receiver Gabe Davis is slated to visit the New Orleans Saints.
Former #Jaguars WR Gabe Davis is on his way to visit the #Saints, a potential offensive addition for New Orleans. Davis also recently visited the #Steelers.

Gabe Davis Will Be Visiting the New Orleans Saints
He's already visited the New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and Pittsburgh Steelers. Davis was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars in May and has been using the past couple of weeks to see if he can find a new home.
Chiefs fans remember Davis from his days with the Buffalo Bills, that saw him reel in eight catches for 201 yards and four touchdowns in the 2022 AFC Divisional round.
Kansas City was still able to get the best of the Bills, but his performance still had fans on the edge of their seats.
We are three years away from that outing, yet there's a shot that Davis joins forces with some ex-Chief players.
Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Ugo Amadi, Tyrann Mathieu, Khalen Saunders, and Justin Reid are all members of the Saints going into the 2025 season. Reid is the most recent Chief to sign with the Saints, after inking a three-year, $31.5 million deal in free agency.
We'll have to see if things get across the finish line, but there's a chance that Davis lands in New Orleans. He's known for being a deep threat, amassing 2,969 receiving yards, 29 touchdowns, and 16.2 yards per reception.
Even though Davis is not at the forefront of Chiefs fans' minds, there seems to be a pathway where he signs with the Saints and could be teammates with several former Chiefs players.
