New Chiefs WR DeAndre Hopkins officially has his "Welcome to Kansas City" moment and he quickly took to social media to celebrate his phenomenal efforts in the Week 9 victory.

Hopkins caught eight passes for 86 yards and two TDs in the 30-24 overtime victory, pulling off the best play of the night with a deep 35-yard catch with two defenders draped on him.

He's happy to be with a team of this caliber and he had his highlights ready to go to prove it.

Chiefs WR DeAndre Hopkins Shares Highlights on Social Media After Week 9 Win

In impressive acts both on and off the field, Hopkins made dazzling plays and already looks like a genius trade acquisition. Brett Veach struck gold finding the ideal receiver upgrade, while Hopkins has the best chance of his illustrious career to win a ring.

Early returns of the new partnership could not be more promising. Patrick Mahomes didn't turn the ball over for the first time all year, tossing three TD passes while completing 34 of his 44 attempts. Travis Kelce caught 14 balls for 100 yards himself, clearly benefiting from the extra attention Hopkins demands.

If this is a preview of what's to come, it'll be hard to beat Kansas City. Even on a night in which the defense let up 24 points, an irregular occurrence so far this year, this new-look offense is good enough to get the job done. Once Isiah Pacheco and potentially Hollywood Brown return, things could be dangerous.

For now, fans can celebrate Hopkins' breakout game with his new team. The Chiefs remain undefeated and Hopkins was often the best player on the field. It's great to have him here in Kansas City.
