The Raiders' disaster of a season reached rock bottom in Week 6 on Sunday, getting decimated 32-13 by the Steelers just one week after falling to the Broncos 34-18. To make matters worse, star DE Maxx Crosby shoved a coach on the sideline.

It's unclear what prompted the shove, though video caught Crosby clearly upset with linebackers coach and run game coordinator Mike Caldwell.

Given the mess head coach Antonio Pierce has caused with his antics this season, Sunday's incident was merely the latest example of Las Vegas' utter dysfunction.

Crosby's frustration is understandable. He's a two-time All-Pro toiling away on a franchise with no hope. The offense is a mess and the defense can't stop a nose bleed despite Crosby's heroics.

Sure, the Raiders beat the Chiefs last year. All that did for them was lock Pierce into the head coaching position, a spot he's proven incapable of succeeding at thus far. Perhaps they'll turn things around but there's little reason to believe so.

To Crosby's credit, he posted on social media after the game and dismissed the idea that there was a problem.

Chiefs fans know well that tempers can flare in the heat of the moment, evidenced by Travis Kelce getting in Andy Reid's face last season. Those two have a relationship built up for over a decade though and most importantly, they've actually won together.

Las Vegas hasn't won anything in years, let alone looked like a truly competitive team. Pierce has a big problem on his hands and if he doesn't learn to manage the roster, he could be fired by the end of the year.

With Davante Adams on his way out and Crosby upset, the Raiders need to have a long look in the mirror. For now, Kansas City can just sit back and laugh.
