With only three days left until the 2025 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs are looking to fill their last remaining holes on the roster. GM Brett Veach has eight picks (four in the top-100) to bolster the roster to get back to the Super Bowl for the fourth straight season.
The draft isn't the only way to add depth to the roster, however. Not only are there available free agents who can still make a difference, but also new ones hit the open market on a daily basis. In fact, one newly available free agent could be of interest to the Chiefs.

Chiefs Should Consider Signing Another Veteran Offensive Lineman
The biggest need for the Chiefs heading into the draft remains the offensive line. Even though they brought in Jaylon Moore in free agency and retained Trey Smith, the Chiefs still have a few question marks in their offensive line.
Even though they will likely draft an offensive lineman early in the draft, they should also consider turning to the free agent market to add more depth.
Veteran guard Tremayne Anchrum Jr. was released by the Houston Texans on Monday, and the 26-year-old could be an intriguing option for Kansas City.
Anchrum was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams and played 31 games there before bouncing around the NFL during the offseason until landing in Houston. He wasn't able to suit up for the Texans as he spent his time on the practice squad.
During his time in Los Angeles, Anchrum mostly played at right guard but has experience at right tackle. While the Chiefs have Trey Smith and Jawaan Taylor locked in as starters there, the depth behind them is questionable.
Bringing in another veteran to compete for a backup role in training camp could help the current offensive linemen on the Chiefs roster step up their games. The offensive line depth and quality will once again be one of the most important storylines for the Chiefs next season.
