Chiefs' 2025 Super Bowl Uniforms Already Set
By Cem Yolbulan
The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to win a historic third straight Super Bowl. After beating the Bills in the AFC championship game, the Chiefs set up a re-match with the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans on February 9.
Two years ago, the Chiefs defeated the Eagles 38-35 to win their second title in four years. Now, they are on the verge of doing something no NFL team has ever done, and they will be attempting it while wearing the same white jerseys they did in Super Bowl LVII.
The Chiefs announced through their social media accounts that they will be wearing their traditional white tops with the Super Bowl LIX patch.
Chiefs to Wear White Tops in Super Bowl LIX
The Eagles are the designated home team for the Super Bowl and got the first choice when it came to uniforms as the NFL rotates the home team between conferences each season. Philadelphia will be wearing their signature Midnight Green jerseys like they did two years ago.
This is the second time the Chiefs will be wearing white in the Super Bowl. On other occasions, the Chiefs wore their red home jerseys. Teams are not allowed to wear alternate uniforms during the postseason as an NFL rule.
It's safe to assume that the Chiefs will wear their red pants under the white jerseys. Whether one believes these external factors have any impact on the outcome of the game, every Chiefs fan will be hoping for the continuation of the win streak wearing the white tops.
