Which members of the Kansas City Chiefs are set to have a breakthrough season this year?

Heading into 2021, the Kansas City Chiefs are looking to have another dominant season and make their third-straight appearance in the Super Bowl. Of course, in addition to getting right back to the Super Bowl, the Chiefs would like to win it again.

If the Kansas City Chiefs are going to get back there, and win it, they’re probably going to need to see increased production from multiple players.

Sure, Kansas City has plenty of dynamic stars (including the best quarterback in the NFL in 2021) but as we saw in Super Bowl LV, things can still fall apart quickly for just about anyone, including absurdly talented teams like the Chiefs.

Luckily for the Chiefs and for Kansas City fans, there are several key players on the roster who are primed to have a breakthrough season this year.

Kansas City Chiefs: Who will step up and perform at a higher level in 2021?

But who are the three that are most set to take off and perform at a considerably higher level this season?

That’s a good question.

The Kansas City Chiefs went out and good several new additions in the offseason. Right along with the new guys on the roster, the Chiefs have been working to develop some talented younger guys they’ve drafted who will have new opportunities with more playing time this season.

Kansas City Chiefs fans should keep an eye on the following three players this season as these guys will have new chances to thrive and help the Chiefs in new ways.
