As the only undefeated team left in the NFL, the Kansas City Chiefs have an excellent opportunity to extend their winning streak against the 2-5 Raiders. Sitting at the bottom of the AFC West after losing three straight, the Las Vegas Raiders give Andy Reid & Co. a good chance to continue their impressive form.

Reid is not leaving things to chance, however. In fact, he is following an unusual approach for his Week 8 roster, according to NFL insider Charles Goldman. The Chiefs will reportedly travel to Las Vegas with multiple practice squad members and decide on who to elevate over the weekend.

Chiefs News: Andy Reid Making Unusual Change Ahead of Week 8

Usually, with 48 hours left before the game, we would know who was going to be added to the active roster for the game. After JuJu Smith-Schuster and Skyy Moore's latest injuries, it is almost a certainty that one of Justyn Ross and Nikko Remigio will be elevated to the roster.

Mike Danna will miss his second straight game, and CB Jaylen Watson will be unavailable after being placed on the injured reserve list after Week 7. Felix Anudike-Uzomah will continue to start in Danna's place, while Nazeeh Johnson will likely get the nod opposite Trent McDuffie on the secondary. Joshua Williams will also see an extended run, but it wouldn't be a surprise to see the Chiefs elevate a backfield defender.

Nic Jones, Darius Rush, and Eric Scott Jr. are a few of the options available for the Chiefs if they decide to go that route.
