2. DeAndre Hopkins - Tennessee Titans
A generational receiver toiling away on a mediocre team with no hope sounds like the perfect target for Brett Veach to bolster this receiver group. His contract would require some salary cap gymnastics but features a potential out after this year, giving the Chiefs an opportunity.
Regardless of Will Levis' struggles, Hopkins is still a player who could positively impact this team. He's never won a Super Bowl and would be incentivized to ensure he gets a chance at a ring before his potential Hall of Fame career ends.
This is a sick route from @DeAndreHopkins on his 41-yard catch on White. That release and stacks him on the top of the route. The late burst to go get the ball plus the catch radius. Man. #Texans pic.twitter.com/ro6GrBXS3Z

At 32 years old, Hopkins isn't the same player he once was. He's an upgrade nonetheless with incredible hands and route-running skills. Should the Chiefs make the trade, Hopkins could help mentor guys like Skyy Moore and Xavier Worthy as well.
He's not necessarily the most likely option, though Hopkins represents one of the best possible options. If Veach and Reid aren't happy with their current group, few have the pedigree that Hopkins does.
The five-time All-Pro deserves a chance to win a Super Bowl. Kansas City can reward his career's worth of good work.
