The Chiefs' long, illustrious winning streak finally met a bitter end on Sunday against the Bills. Kansas City lost 30-21 as Josh Allen cemented himself as the NFL MVP favorite, and there's significant blame to go around.

Few players on the Chiefs had a quality performance. Patrick Mahomes threw an interception on his first pass attempt, Travis Kelce was held to eight yards, and the defense surrendered 30 points for the first time since the Super Bowl win over the Eagles.

No one is panicking, nor should they. Kansas City still controls its destiny and is in the driver's seat to win the No. 1 seed in the AFC. That said, there are still a handful of Chiefs on thin ice who must improve if this team is going to win a third straight Lombardi Trophy.

1. The Entire Defensive Line

Chris Jones, George Karlaftis, Tershawn Wharton and company failed to secure a single sack on Allen as the QB scrambled for 55 yards and a TD, including a devastating run on fourth down that ruined Kansas City's chances at a comeback.

Charles Omenihu should be back as soon as next week against the Panthers and Mike Danna is still getting healthy, so reinforcements are on the way. Even still, it was a discouraging effort that lost a chance at undefeated history.

Jones and this line have more than earned the benefit of the doubt. They'll probably notch a bunch of sacks against the pathetic Panthers next week and all will be fine, but the Bills will be still be hanging around in the playoffs.

So will the Ravens, who are fully capable of taking advantage of a poor performance in the trenches. Steve Spagnuolo has a lot of work to do to get this defense back on track.

Everything will be just fine, but the defensive line has to improve regardless.
