After a lackluster performance vs. Central Michigan, the Missouri football team has hit the road to face the Kentucky Wildcats.

Eliah Drinkwitz and the Missouri football team will face a pretty tough test when the Tigers face off with the Kentucky Wildcats in Lexington. Mizzou was rather rough a week ago as the Tigers hosted the Central Michigan Chippewas.

Despite securing a double digit win, Missouri only managed to win by 10 points. The Tigers could definitely have done better. That sort of win doesn’t inspire much confidence as Mizzou now has to take on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Kentucky is a solid team and Kroger field can be a tough place to play. The Missouri Tigers must perform better this week than they did a week ago as they try to get an SEC win.

Here’s everything you could possibly need to keep up with this Missouri football game.

This game won’t be an easy win for the Tigers. The Wildcats, like Mizzou, are constantly looking to prove themselves in the talented and difficult SEC East. Kentucky can certainly field a solid football team with stout defenses and dangerous running games. The Tigers will need to account for that when they face Kentucky.

But more than that, this particular Missouri football team needs to develop an identity and make its presence felt. The Tigers didn’t do that a week ago and they should have. They’ll have plenty of chances to do that today when they face a very respectable foe.
