No. 3: Nebraska football at Wisconsin Badgers

With a seven-game winning streak, the Wisconsin Badgers have pretty much controlled the series against the Cornhuskers ever since the Nebraska football program left the Big 12 and moved over to the Big Ten.

The main exception to that assertion is Nebraska’s 30-27 win over Wisconsin during the 2012 season. Of course, the Badgers responded a couple months later by beating the Huskers 70-31 in the Big Ten championship game.

Things have been incredibly one sided in Wisconsin’s favor ever since and that includes the Huskers’ last trip to Madison, back in 2018, Nebraska lost against Wisconsin by a score of 41-24.

Wisconsin took a bit of a step back, all things considered, last season as they went 4-3 after winning 10 games the season before. Expectations are high for this program as the Badgers could be one of the best in the Big Ten this year.

Given the quality of their opponent and the fact that this game will be away from the friendly confines of Memorial Stadium, this would be a tough game for anyone, but it’s definitely going to be difficult for a program that is seeking stability, like Nebraska.
