The Kansas City Chiefs will have some tough foes on their schedule, but there should also be some easy games this season.

The Kansas City Chiefs will take the field for the home opener on September 12 against the Cleveland Browns. Getting back in action after two incredible seasons, the Chiefs will have a tough season ahead of them.

Over the past couple of seasons, the Chiefs have made back-to-back appearances to the Super Bowl, showing the Chief’s skill and making them the team everyone wants to beat this season.

Looking at the schedule, Kansas City will face some teams that will give them a run for their money while there are several others who should be much easier to defeat.

No. 5: Dallas Cowboys at Kansas City Chiefs: November 21

The Dallas Cowboys are third in the NFC and they have a solid record against the Kansas City Chiefs. The two teams have faced each other eleven times. Dallas has claimed seven of those contests while the Chiefs have won four.

There’s a chance that the Cowboys will be the toughest team Kansas City will face on this list. However, the Cowboys will face some major challenges this season that could be a massive hindrance to their chances of being a solid team.

The first would be Dak Prescott’s injury. Prescott is a talented player and he is coming off an injury that took him out of last season. Plus, he’s been a bit dinged up in the preseason If he has to sit out again, then it will be up to the backup quarterback’s job to lead the offense, and the backup quarterback doesn’t have the same skill as Prescott.

It’s also worth noting that Mike McCarthy didn’t make himself popular in Green Bay Packers with his plays and the decisions he made during key moments in the game.

So it could be possible for the Kansas City Chiefs to easily decipher the Cowboys’ schemes and strategies. It could go either way with the Cowboys trying to recover from a rough season last year. The Dallas Cowboys will be one of the harder games on this list, but the problems with the coaches’ plays and their starting quarterback recovering from an injury could damage the chances of the Cowboys walking away with the win.
