With the 11th pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the New York Giants select…

31. . Defensive End. New York Giants. Gregory Rousseau. 11. player

Giants GM: John

The least likely team to move, the Giants add Gregory Rousseau, who is perhaps the top defensive lineman in the draft. Combined with Leonard Williams and Dexter Lawrence, the Giants could have a formidable front in what appears to be a wide-open and fairly weak NFC East.

Staff Reaction: This might be a bit of a reach for the Giants, especially considering that Rousseau opted out of the 2020 season and hasn’t played a snap since 2019. That being said, the guy is a monster on the gridiron and will give the G-Men the pass-rushing threat they covet. – Kole

With the 12th pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select…

Wide Receiver. Philadelphia Eagles. DeVonta Smith. 12. player. 54.

Eagles GM: Kole

The Eagles shock some people by picking Heisman Trophy winner Devonta Smith over his Alabama teammate Jaylen Waddle. When it comes down to it, Philadelphia likes Smith and what he can provide better and they’re sticking to their guns with this pick.

The Eagles desperately need a receiver and Smith might not be the fans’ top choice with this pick, but he’s the right guy for the job in Philly.

Staff Reaction: Sure, Smith is good. I mean, he won the dang Heisman last season! Still, the Eagles should’ve opted for his teammate, Jaylen Waddle, here. Waddle’s the better of the two. – Cullen
