3. Baltimore Ravens

It feels weird to put the Ravens this low because they’re one of the hottest teams entering the playoffs, rattling off five straight games to close out the regular season. That being said, four of those wins came against bad teams and the other win was a narrow victory over the Browns so that dominance might have been helped by an easy schedule.

The Ravens have been playing really well down the stretch with Lamar Jackson in MVP-form and the defense also coming out strong. They’re going to head into Nashville this weekend determined to knock off a team that embarrassed them in the playoffs last year, but a big shadow lurks over them and that’s how poorly they’ve performed in the postseason in the Jackson era.

That’s why I have Baltimore ranked third. Their playoff history is going to be a storyline until Jackson shows he can perform in big spots. He’s 0-2 in the postseason right now and even if they do take down the Titans, Kansas City is a team that’s had the Ravens’ number, so they don’t worry me too much.
