10. The Chargers seemingly found their quarterback of the future in Herbert, the former Oregon Duck, whom they selected No. 6 in the 2020 NFL Draft. He’s playing well–not great, but well. Will the Chargers, then, switch things up on him going into 2021 and pair him with a new head coach and/or offensive coordinator? Or will Lynn and Shane Steichen (the OC) get more time with the youngster? Maybe this isn’t what Chargers wants would like, but with this team not catching the Chiefs next season, give this newly-formed triumvirate a full off-season and (hopefully) a non-pandemic 2021 to see what they can do.

11. With the Pittsburgh Steelers losing to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football, the Kansas City Chiefs have the No. 1 seed in the AFC based on record as well as the first three tiebreakers (as of now) against the Steelers. The Steelers, who started 11-0, have dropped consecutive games. The 2020 Steelers are giving off vibes the mirror 2019 New England Patriots, which doesn’t bode well for them.

12. Who’s the team to beat in the NFC? The answer to that question seems to change on a weekly basis between the Green Bay Packers, the New Orleans Saints, the Seattle Seahawks, the Los Angeles Rams, and, maybe, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Each team has its flaws, but the Packers seem like the most well-rounded team.

13. In Week 15, the Kansas City Chiefs will get a crack at the New Orleans Saints. Who will be under center for the Saints? Taysom Hill looks not good, Drew Brees is still banged up, and Jameis Winston has been glued to the bench. The Chiefs pass rush looked pretty good against the Dolphins, so maybe the Saints hold out Brees one more week. After all, a healthy Brees is probably more important than a first-round bye in the playoffs.
