Fantasy football owners need to check their team’s ahead of Thursday Night Football.

Another week, another Thursday night match-up to talk about and one with big fantasy football implications. Last week, Aaron Rodgers was on a pseudo-revenge mission against the 49ers. Considering most of the guys on the field for San Francisco didn’t even play against the Packers in the playoffs last year, it probably wasn’t as sweet as it could be.

Last week’s affair was a lopsided one that only fans of the Packers probably enjoyed. This week, we get an AFC South showdown, as the Colts and Titans are set to face off.

The Titans and Colts both have winning records, and this game has huge implications. Only a game separates these two teams, with the Titans currently sitting on top. That could change in a hurry, as Tennessee and Indianapolis are set to play twice in the next three weeks.

This should be a game with an almost playoff atmosphere too it. Well, atmosphere may not be the right word, as there won’t be a rocking capacity crowd. There is a playoff aura though, and this game means a lot for two teams looking to stake claim as serious threats in the AFC.

As a disclaimer, you are playing your stars in this game. A.J. Brown and Derrick Henry are most starts every week, and if you have them, you are going to be putting them in your lineup. Each team has a few intriguing pieces to consider here though, so this makes for a fun matchup with plenty of fantasy implications. So without further ado, let’s get right into my start of the week.
