2. Travis Kelce

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before, but Travis Kelce had a good game for the Kansas City Chiefs. Kelce finished the afternoon with eight grabs for 109 yards and one touchdown while averaging 13.6 yards per reception. Kelce continues to be on a whole other level whenever he touches the ball.

There really isn’t a whole lot left to say on Kelce because at this point, we all know how good he is and sometimes I’m not sure Chiefs fans realize just how good the guy is. Without him, this offense wouldn’t be nearly as electric as they are. Hopefully we continue to see the 100+ yard games from Kelce for the rest of the season because it’s fun watching him feast against inferior defenses.

1. Patrick Mahomes

This shouldn’t surprise anyone to see Patrick Mahomes in the No. 1 spot. After having just okay numbers these past few weeks, Mahomes reminded people that he’s still the same quarterback we’ve watched captivate the league in recent years.

The Chiefs signal caller finished the day going 31 of 42 for 416 yards and five touchdowns. It was the most passing yards Mahomes has had this season and also the most touchdowns he’s thrown so far in the 2020 regular season.

There hadn’t been much talk as far as Mahomes being in the running for MVP, but he definitely showed on Sunday that he should always be in that conversation. His numbers haven’t been insane, but the 2018 MVP has only thrown one interception through eight games and his team is 7-1. Mahomes should most definitely be in that MVP conversation.

Who impressed you the most this week?
