Le’Veon Bell can be great for Clyde Edwards-Helaire

Bell signed for the Chiefs on the 15th October as he was released by the New York Jets, with numerous teams after his signature, Andy Reid and his team were the ones able to land Bell on a one-year deal.

The running back got his first reps against the Broncos on Sunday night and quickly showed he is getting up to speed with the Chiefs scheme and how he can be important to not only add to an already devastating offense, but he can help Edwards-Helaire, both in his development and in his rest.

Bell had six carries for 39 yards against Denver, finding gaps and quickly penetrating the defensive line of the Broncos. The former Jets man can be hugely important to helping the Chiefs win back-to-back Superbowls, especially if he can help Edwards-Helaire reach his full potential.

Bell as a senior player in the NFL can surely teach the young rookie a thing or two while also taking some reps away from the young man, to prevent him from getting banged up and hurt, leaving him fresh for more important snaps throughout games in the season.
