Kansas City Chiefs: Six players to watch vs Broncos in Week 7
The Kansas City Chiefs head to Denver this weekend for a date with the Broncos. Who should Chiefs fans be keeping an eye on?
It’s the first Kansas City Chiefs vs Denver Broncos match-up of the 2020 regular season and it comes on the road in Week 7. These two played in Week 7 in Denver last year as well and we all know what happened in that game. Despite the obstacles, the Chiefs smoked the Broncos in that one and then kicked their butts later in the year in a snowy afternoon game at Arrowhead.
The Broncos did what they could to try and match what Kansas City can do offensively by drafting a lot of speedsters on offense. Their problem so far has been that their team has been ravaged by injuries and their offense hasn’t been able to fully click as a result.
That was evident by the 18 points they put up against a Patriots defense that has had a lot of injuries and opt outs this year. If the Broncos get into the red zone and settle for field goals, they won’t beat the Chiefs. That being said, their defense did play well against the Patriots last week, but again, these aren’t the same Patriots of the last 20 years, so let’s not put a ton of stock into that.
With all of this being said, who are some players that Chiefs fans should be watching for in this Week 7 divisional match-up? Let’s take a look.
