3. Expect a running back trio, not a running back by committee

Chris Klieman has already explained this week that Keyon Mozee will see the field in this game, which means that Deuce Vaughn and Harry Trotter will split snaps with Mozee. This could become a very good trio for this year, but we could see more running back trios in the future since Trotter is a senior. Expect a lot of full house looks with sweeps and play-action passes with all three running backs.

Now this will not be a running back by committee, as the Wildcats simply do not need to have one considering Vaughn has been really good this year and looks to be the starter of the future. The trio of running backs just means that Kansas State will have more options and weapons available for the offense to use, along with getting some of the younger backs some playing time.

Kansas State football should be able to easily win this game at home in the Little Apple and ease into a 4-1 record. They should also make it 13 straight wins against the Kansas Jayhawks in the Sunflower Showdown.
