Who should fantasy football owners start and sit for this week’s Thursday Night Football game between the Eagles and the Giants?

Here we are, Week 7 of the NFL season, and we are treated with a Thursday Night Football game between the Philadelphia Carson Wentz’s and the New York At Least We Aren’t the Jets’. Woof. This is probably going to be a game where only fans of the team are going to watch. That may not even be true, to be honest. My roommate is a giant Eagles fan, and he may boycott the game on principle.

We are in the dead middle of a fantasy football team, however, and many people out there are struggling to field a quality starting lineup through bye weeks, injuries, and potential positive Covid tests. While there may not be much to get excited about this week, there is plenty of fantasy options in this game that can potentially help you win a week, or at least tread water to give you a chance if you are missing players this week.

Usually right here is where I tell you that I am not going to talk about the obvious choices. Guys like Travis Kelce and Alvin Kamara are every week locks in your lineup and you don’t need to hear me tell you why you should play them. This game doesn’t have one of those every single week starters though, so there are going to be a lot of options to explore and discuss.
