In this situation, what do the KC Chiefs come away with and what do they still need to address?

The most obvious thing the Chiefs have done is that they have completely restocked their linebackers. Two defensive backs have been added along with depth along the offensive line. The Chiefs will likely need to find a contributor at receiver for 2021 to replace Watkins and Robinson, so they do so here.

They don’t add any defensive linemen in part because of the sheer numbers they have money invested there. The depth at tight end isn’t great, but the Chiefs don’t appear to find it urgent to address that position and have some cheap backup options there.

This is a very high-risk, high-reward type of draft, but with a deep roster, good coaches and a star quarterback, teams can afford to take those chances believing a few players will turn out to be really good and others at a minimum can provide some good depth.

What do you think of this mock draft, Chiefs fans?
