With the ranking in place, how will the Kansas City Chiefs fare in 2020 from when they begin the regular season on September 10th to their final game currently set for January 3, 2021? Let’s break it down.

Week 1, vs Houston Texans–WIN

Week 2, at Los Angeles Chargers–WIN

Week 3, at Baltimore Ravens–WIN

Week 4, vs New England Patriots–WIN

Week 5, vs Las Vegas Raiders–WIN

Week 6, at Buffalo Bills–WIN

Week 7, at Denver Broncos–WIN

Week 8, vs New York Jets–WIN

Week 9, vs Carolina Panthers–WIN

Week 11, at Las Vegas Raiders–WIN

Week 12, at Tampa Bay Buccaneers–LOSS

Week 13, vs Denver Broncos–WIN

Week 14, at Miami Dolphins–WIN

Week 15, at New Orleans Saints–LOSS

Week 16, vs Atlanta Falcons–WIN

Week 17, vs Los Angeles Chargers–WIN

So, 14-2. That ain’t bad.

Week 12 looks pretty tough with the team having to travel across the country to take on the Bucs right after playing in Las Vegas for the first time ever. Yes, this game is only a couple of weeks removed from the team’s idle week, but that travel is going to be brutal. Plus, the Bucs will be in a dogfight all season long with the Falcons and Saints to win the NFC South.

Speaking of the Saints, that Week 15 will be another tough match-up, especially if fans are in the stands by that point. Regardless, the Saints will be in must-win-every-game mode by that point. That could very well be a battle of 12-1 teams. The Saints get the edge with the game taking place in New Orleans.
