5. Kentucky Wildcats

We’re now getting to the games where Missouri COULD win (they could win any game, because that’s how sports are set up), but their chances aren’t super high.

Kentucky has been a program that has had Mizzou’s number in recent years, more so than South Carolina, and has won five straight games against the Tigers. Not only that, but MU’s losses to the Wildcats have come in heartbreaking, crushing fashion. This seems to be a trend too.

Missouri hosts the Wildcats on Halloween in what should be an interesting match-up. The Tigers want their first win against Kentucky since 2014 while Kentucky wants to stay in the thick of things in the SEC. Can the Tigers get their first win against Kentucky since 2014?

4. Florida Gators

Missouri has been able to fluster the Florida Gators since joining the SEC, but Florida took care of business against them this past year, winning 23-6 in Columbia. This time around, the game will take place in Gainesville (October 24th to be exact) and MU has had success there.

The last time the Tigers played in the swamp, they stunned the then-ranked Gators, winning 38-17. It was one of the few times MU was able to knock off a ranked opponent.

Florida is going to be a good team in 2020 and with this game being played in Gainesville, it definitely favors the Gators. Don’t count Mizzou out though, as they’ve been able to hold their own against Florida.
