Fantasy Football Defenses/Special Teams to Target – Number 12: Colts

Indianapolis Colts. 12. player. 46. . D/ST. Indianapolis Colts

The Colts were a surprising team last season and their defense helped play a major part in their success. While they didn’t make it to the playoffs, their defense finished the 2019 season tied for tenth in takeaways.

Indianapolis added star pass rush DeForest Buckner this offseason and that’s going to help rack up the sacks for the Colts D. Throw in that they’ll still have Justin Houston and Darius Leonard in the pass rushing group and that’s a pretty scary group right there.

Malik Hooker and Kenny Moore are going to make that Colts secondary scary to throw on and they’ll be able to force their fair share of takeaways.

Oh and did I mention that the Colts special teams had two touchdowns off of punt returns and this is definitely a unit worth taking in the middle of your draft.

Don’t sleep on Indy’s defense and special teams in 2020.
