Missouri Tigers junior linebacker Nick Bolton could have a decision to make if the season is delayed.

Junior linebacker Nick Bolton has been an impactful linebacker for the Tigers since arriving in Columbia with the 2018 recruiting class and with a solid 2020 campaign could be looking towards a future in the NFL. Likely a middle linebacker at the next level in part due to his lack of height, listed at 6’0″, Bolton is likely an early draft pick in 2021.

During his two years, the linebacker has recorded 86 tackles, two  interceptions and two sacks for the Tigers, a majority of that production coming during his 2019 sophomore season. He even recorded seven passes defensed this past season and scored a touchdown returning an interception. It will be interesting to see what he can bring to the new look Tigers defense as a junior, assuming there is a season.

Bolton appears to be a top 90 draft prospect for next season (meaning he likely goes in the top three rounds) and will have to make a decision about his future if the football season doesn’t take place this fall.
