KC Chiefs: Removing one player from each AFC West rival
Who would the KC Chiefs want to remove from each AFC West foe?
The AFC West wasn’t a very good division in 2019 with the Kansas City Chiefs steamrolling the competition and cruising to a 6-0 record against their divisional foes. The other three teams finished the season under .500.
That being said, all three divisional opponents have players who the Chiefs would love to not have to play twice a year. All three teams obviously did what they could this offseason to try and keep up with what the Chiefs have accomplished in recent years and that should make things a little more difficult for KC when it comes to their quest for capturing the division for a fifth straight year.
The Broncos made it a point to add offensive weapons so that rather than try to stop the Chiefs, they could potentially go toe-to-toe with them instead. The Raiders also added a lot of receivers in their recent draft. The Chargers have a really good defense that could potentially be even better in 2020 should injuries not get in the way.
The AFC West might not have been good last season, but they’re getting better for sure. If the Kansas City Chiefs had a chance to remove one player from every AFC West team (making it easier for them as a result), who would they pick and why?
Let’s explore that very topic, starting with the Denver Broncos.
