KC Chiefs star wideout Tyreek Hill performs an incredible exercise during a workout

Tyreek Hill has developed into a game-changing weapon for the KC Chiefs in his four seasons. Hill sports a cool nickname, “Cheetah,” presumably because of his speed.

The cheetah, of course, is the fastest land animal in the world, and Hill just may be the fastest player in the NFL.

Hill isn’t resting on his laurels, either. He continues to work out, keep in shape, and remain a threat to all cornerbacks in the league.

WARNING: Do not try this at home!

Anyone, athletes or otherwise, have to be extremely confident in their bodies to try this exercise. A strained, pulled, or torn hamstring is a severe injury from which to recover. Considering that Hill’s livelihood depends on those hamstrings, they must be made of steel cables.

Hill has been extremely productive in his four seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs.

• 2018 – fourth in the NFL in receiving yards with 1,479
• 2018 – fourth in the NFL in yards per reception with 17.0
• 2018 – fourth in the NFL in receiving touchdowns with 12
• 2017 – seventh in receiving yards with 1,183
• 2017 – tenth in the NFL with yards per reception with 15.8
• Named to the Pro Bowl four times
• Named First-Team All-Pro twice
• Has 500 rushing yards in his career and four rushing touchdowns
• Has 1,393 return yards in his career with five return touchdowns

Hill put up stellar numbers in 2019 with 58 catches, 860 yards, and seven touchdowns despite missing four games to an injury.

It isn’t just crazy nordic curls that Hill is doing. Because of some injury issues in 2019, Hill is doing yoga exercises too, according to Arrowhead Addict.

With most of the offense from their Super Bowl intact, Hill should once again be striking fear into the hearts of opposing secondaries. Watching him do nordic curls probably won’t help them sleep any easier.

The KC Chiefs have an incredible weapon in Tyreek Hill. All defenses must account for him and try to double team him on nearly every play. He is a lot of fun to watch, as long as you are not an NFL cornerback.
